What is BELL?
Bell is a free interactive program for children 0-5 years of age and their parent/caretaker. At BELL you will engage your child in activities that develop your child’s cognitive, social emotional, physical development and most importantly you will have fun and learn alongside your child! Registration is required, but is FREE for families residing within Bellflower Unified School District attendance boundaries.
